Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If a pack doesn’t work out, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Unopened packs

Unopened, unused packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your order was Cash on Delivery, the refund is sent via UPI or bank transfer instead.

Opened or used packs

For hygiene reasons, packs that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (see below).

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong design, we will replace it free of charge. Please email us an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery to support@herbaltattoos.com so we can verify and process a replacement quickly.

How to start a return

Email support@herbaltattoos.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
